Im actually pretty pleased with Sprint so far, I dont think I wo uld jump ship. Originally I was going to go with Verizon because they held domination over the wireless network that goes down into the subway system. The SERO offer was too much to pass up. Incidently, aside from a little problem with the rep not writing a note she said she was going to write, I havent had problems with the CS at sprint.... yet.

The good news is that the first time I rode down into the subway, I discovered that my sprint phone wasn't locked out of the wireless net underground and piggybacked onto Verizons network, so my phone worked down there afterall.

None the less, this is definately a step in the right direction for people who dont want to have to buy a new phone just because their changing networks. Hopefully the rest of the carriers will jump on board.
