1. My Touch refuses to grab onto a Sprint Signal every time I reset it. It goes into Roaming mode and when I turn Roaming off, it won't grab anything! NOTHING! and I'm at home! Once it gets the signal then everything's fine. A few resets later, it will then grab the signal successfully! Very frustrating especially in the beginning! before I figured it out
2. It keeps locking up every time I try to install the OZ IM update... any idea why?
