Not really, that card is a FULL sized SD (SDHC). Our 'phones' need microSD, unless you're as clever as the OP! BTW, jungleboy, you might be able to take advantage of the 64 gig SDXC card when they come out, suposedly Spring 2010. The trick will probably be getting the sdxc.dll plugin for your Windows folder.
