Sorry the link does not work for you, seems to work OK for me. The tellme cab file is for a samsung i-900 phone. If the above link does not work for you , here is a link to a discussion of the cab file and a direct link from there. The tellme program allows you to verbally author and send a text message. It works on my sprint touch pro 2 with the mighty ROM.
