*UPDATE*
Well I got my second phone and out of the box it was broken. So I take it into the store and they tell me that they try to tell me if I want a different phone I have to get a new contract (I'm outa contract.) So at the point I get the manager (not even the real one just a "temp") He takes it back for service and thirty minutes later tells me they have to order me another 6700 and that they absolutely can't do anything until I get that and it doesnt work. Well I agree (pissed off) and call the insurance company. I talk to the rep and she's not helpful so I get a supervisor. Finally he agrees to send me a 6800... ABOUT FREAKING TIME!
All I can say is I hope you had a better experience than me...the funny thing was I wasn't trying to get something new for free I just wanted a working phone!
