\Windows\BtSdkCE30.dll => \Windows\BtSdkCE30-TomTom.dll
\Windows\BtCoreIf.dll => \Windows\BtCoreIf-TomTom.dll

Rename them to whatever. Do a soft reboot.

Do a see all files if you cant see it.
