Probably not since the phones have different/incompatible hardware, plus the ROM would have to be dumped from the phone in order to make progress with it which isn't always possible. Those are at least the basics of it, I don't know any of the technical stuff involved with ROMs and such but I do know that the Andromnia project was making good progress up until this summer when their site was hacked a few times. They haven't publicly released anything lately, which is too bad - I tried it out before and it was not only usable, but it worked quite well.
