Can someone extract or lead me to a walkthrough on how to extract the stock verizon 1.88.07WV radio from the shipped ROM package?

This solves the problems of going to the 2.05 radio when trying to SIM/SEC/SuperCID unlock the TP2 and the phone losing track of what country its in.

A walkthrough would be plenty and I'll do the hard work.
