Home WeatherClock CheckTime

I'm trying to modify the time that Windows Mobile uses to update the Weather Clock on the home screen

I managed to find a registry entry that says
Home WeatherClock CheckTime and I am guessing that's the registry entry that contains the time interval.

The only problem is that the value type is Reg_Binary and I have no idea how to translate the value data into something recognizable.

I looked online for some type of converter but had no luck.

I am turning to you guys and your collective brain power to help me out!

Many Thanks!

I used the Find function in my reg editor, I can post the path if someone needs it!
