Download the attached file and rename it to telco_sprint.tga. Put it in the Iphone Portrait folder under themes.
Then choose Button Name Custom 4 and make it visible.
I have mine set to
Tap
Builtin Start Menu
Align Left
with order of Phone, Custom 4
