I'm running Nov. 5th WM23081/M2.5 and I can confirm that disabling TF3D then rebooting will fix the problem with iGO8 and Opera not starting. I don't have any idea what TF3D is doing to prevent them from starting when it is running but it is messing something up.

Are you sure you are running Nov. 5th 23081?
I have not seen 23081 released for Nov 5.
Looks like NRG pulled all 23081s all the way back to Oct 25 unless your are running the test build.

Are you running the Nov 4th release from before it was pulled?
