And is there any evidence to prove that a cooked 6.5 is faster than a cooked 6.1? I'm basing this off of personal experience, whether it is flashing Juicy's 6.5, Mighty's 6.5 and 6.1, etc.

Drawing errors, mainly. Example: 6.5 on my Touch Pro would 'tear' the screen at random screens, mainly the dialer and the text messages. 6.1 NEVER did this to me.
And throughout my experience with these roms, I always found 6.1 to be more stable. Example, Mighty's 6.1 Final rom was the most stable rom I used. Mighty's Final 6.5 rom was less stable, unfortunately. I can't give you specific examples of the bugs in it because it was the most random things.
I believe that the moral to these posts and threads is that to each their own.
I'll stick to my 6.1, you guys can stick to your 6.5
