I know there were issues b4 with either Psyki's or someone's rom at ppcgeeks and they did something in the registry to fix it....
You'll have to search for that one sorry running out of time.....
: has been a known issue, you can fix with this cab I believe but it disables something else with a soft keyboard I believe

I have none of those problems...
Are you flashing back to stock, manually hard reseting, boot stock to allow it to customize, then flashing Psyki, manually hard reset, boot Psyki allow customizations?
I have already soft reset a couple of times after installing stuff with no issues like yours...
What are you installing for Apps? Are you refreshing any PIM backups or Myphone backups?
