Aman, it appears sprint is making you go into a store to validate your phone isnt' working, but from what the rep and supervisor told me on the phone yesterday, the sprint stores have the power to get you a TP2. (now, this is an official corporate owned sprint store... the cloest one to me is almost an hour away)
I had them send me a refurb touch pro (which I got today, less then 24 hours after speaking with them!) it seems to be alright so far (as they all have been, lol)
but at first sign of trouble im making the drive to the sprint store and pushing for a TP2.
