If anyone else is doing this, you have to create a duplicate splash.nb and use NBHUtil to insert the them into the splash and subsplash field before you can generate an .nbh.

I updated my splash with the normal method, and it showed my custom splash for 5 seconds, the Touch Pro 2 splash (with red text at bottom) for 5 seconds, then it booted the ROM.
