dunno if anyone already posted this, didnt feel like reading five pages
but there is ONE kitchen available RIGHT NOW that you can custom cook a 6.1 ROM. Scrosler's SSK kitchen has the option of cooking a ROM using the stock 6.1 build (21052). So basically you can custom tailor the stock ROM using or taking out whatever options you want.
I used his rom for over a year on my TP1
