Just got off the phone with Verizon tech support. Im told there is nothing they can do. They will let HTC know of issue. They did allow me to do an exchange but Im not sure I want to. They told me I could exchange with any phone. At least thats what I think he meant. I think this phone rocks but hell I dont want to be STUCK with this issue.
