you need to get off the oct 25 build... goto nov 3rd
you need a cab called "Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging 1.2"
that disables htc messenger
here
then you need to use the cab "MMS fix (m2.1) (sprint)
to update your winmo/arcsoft reg keys
