If anyone is interested I wanted to share a CAB I came up with that will tweak a few things in this awesome ROM from Cfay!
It will make the following changes:
-ALL CAMERA MODES ENABLED
-EXTRA HTC RINGTONES (GENERICS 1-4)
-IN CALL RECORDING ENABLED (SAVES TO NOTES FOLDER)
-KEYBOARD AUTO DEPLOY ON
-CLOCK FLIPPING FIX
(THANKS APRISTEL)
-BACKGROUND ALL TABS (WEATHER CLOCK VERSION)
-ENABLED SMS SENT MESSAGE BUBBLE
-CHANGED INTERNET TAB BRANDING BACK TO "YOUTUBE"

I am also attaching a link to a CAB file below which will disable the SMS Sent Message for those of you who have requested it.
