rule of thumb..

1. if buying ask to see the phone in person and call sprint to verify the esn.. then if all is clear hand over the cash..

I thought i got screwed on a pre i bought on cl..sprint said the phone still had a balance. turns out.. the guy didnt know he had a 1.30 something as a balance when he left sprint for att. he call and paid it. and i got to activate the pre.

Also call sprint.. i bought a mm-9000 of ebay a few years back. that had a bad esn..sprint sent me a new one so it can be done if u get the right rep..

get most of your money back by selling it on ebay as bad esn..that can be used on metro..
