Just tried the latest 23081 w/ M2.5 and I still have the issue where I can't add a hotmail account or sign in to Windows Live. Exchange works as does imap accounts. Trying latest 21864 now.
I'm really liking the 23081 build though with the start and close buttons on the bottom.
