I received my Touch this weekend and I do not see any issues that are discussed. This phone is incredible, easily the best I've ever had. It works how it should, it's snappy and powerful. I am in love with it.
To follow up on my story: eCare sent me to a 1-800 number to exchange my phone which after finally getting to retentions they ended up not having any Touches in stock. I called up my local Sprint store and they agreed to swap out the Mogul for the Touch retail price for retail price without a proof of purchase! This resulted in a $50 credit on my account and nothing out of pocket for the Touch!
