i am constantly flashing my rom nd i know its a headache when it comes to redoing all your contacts i found called nscb and its an app that is completly freeware and i love it. the best backup app all you gotta do is install on ur phone run the app and backup your contacts and it will save the file where would like (to memory card) that way when u flash your rom all you do is reinstall the app and upload your contacts back up
