I believe the change in numbers is due to the official HTC upgraded ROM that was released this summer for the Alltel TPs and since anyone can flash the official HTC release without unlocking, the change in hard spl is no sign to them. so, you said you had a 0.40.000 too? Did you use the hspl 0.37 to unlock it? did you use the "Raphael_CDMA_Relocker" to relock the phone? after you relocked the phone, it went back to 0.40.0000?
