I agree with pibe38 i just went to the sprint.com and sure enough the mogul is still listed and i also spoke with the manager of the local sprint as he is a close friend of mine to see if he heard of anything with the sprint being discontinued and he confirmed the same EOL as previously posted which is 07-16-09, with that said it think its time we drop this thread since the mogul is not going away anytime soon at least not till next summer at the very earliest and by that time ill be ready for a new phone again anyways
