Im having the same problem my mogul and the phone is only a year old. Aside from the fact the top portion is lifting up something terrible. I have insurance thru Sprint, im just wondering if I should call Assurance or just get the BB Tour on my own?. Since I keep reading they are still issuing refurbished moguls..which doesnt correct the problem
