uhh didnt you say it wouldnt pass the black screen with white letters you can probably still flash the alltel rom but what you have to do is A format your mcsd to fat32 and extract the .nbh out of the rom ruu folder take out the ruusigned.nbh and rename to RAPHIMG.nbh hold power vol down and soft reset with your stylus it will hopefully enter bootloader and give you the option to update utility/rom press power to update and WAIT untill it SAYS update complete if it doesnt automatically then perform a soft reset and pray to g-d it fixes ure phone...
