Any accurate reading or experiment requires a control or baseline. The very base assumption is that the carrier CAB will be installed immediately following a flash to JuicyROM. Thus testing in this scenario is the only correct way to guarentee an absolute result.
Reflash is done. Now just waiting for a CAB that doesn't time-out when you try to download it...
