I am seeing the same thing in many M$ programs (dialer for example),
I am not using Touch Flo or Titanium... If I look at the exact same picture in Mobile Shell 3.5 or PhoneEX crystal clear.. it has to be somehting that M$ is doing...
I sync with Outlook (where all the pictures are stored) problem happens in stock rom as well as a couple of cooked.
