You have to wait a little longer...from a few hours to the next day..the longer you can wait the better. try again tonight, and if no luck, tomorrow. That is the problem if you call back too soon, you may have even gotten the same resolution specialist..If you wait until tonight, your chances of success increase a lot as your rep will have left for the day..always best to do the first call at 8am and the 2nd at 8pm. I should have mentioned that in my first post not to call back too soon on the 2nd call. The one I did today was a 2nd call from the first call i made yesterday late afternoon...you NEVER want the same resolution specialist anywhere near your 2nd call, so try and space them out.
