Its super easy. Ive gotten progressively further and further into the tweaking scene. This was my 1st flash. Its seriously just:
1.download the unlocker
2. plug your phone in
3. run unlocker
4. Download a ROM
5. plug phone in again
6. run ROM.
???
Profit!
