I've dealt with rude reps before. The key is to not stoop to their level and remain calm and polite. I'm guessing that if you were kicked out of the store, this was not the case. It's all about attitude and sometimes persistence. 9 times out of 10 that I go into a Sprint store, it is a very positive experience and I get what I am looking for. I understand that standing up for yourself is important, but at the same time when you are trying to get something out of somebody (a TP2 for a Diamond for instance) you just have to play the game. Anyhow, sorry about your terrible experience, maybe next time you'll try to remain a little more calm...
