Touch Pro Broken
So basically the screen on my TP is completely dead but all the fuctions and the hardware buttons work. Everything on the phone comes on it still has sound only the screen is blank because its broken. So today im taking it to the sprint repair store. Im assuming since they don't have anymore TP's in stock at any Sprint stores they will try to order me another one. My question is since I haven't had this phone for 30 days yet and this is my first TP, are they going to force me into getting a TP refurb? Or can I get a dif phone because the TP overheats and freezes a lot.
