I took my 6700 that was having problems to the closest repair/replacement Sprint store where I live (DFW area). They told me a replacement would come in a few days. I got a call this morning, and to my suprise there was a 6800 waiting for me. It wasn't a new 6800, it was the same kind of replacment box I saw before when my 6700 was replaced a few months ago. My only complaint was that it was just the phone, no accessories. I was able to talk them into giving me a phone holder and a set of headphones for free. Now I just have to go buy a micro SD card.
