People, if you call after you send your fax in, you have 1 shot to get it right, so make sure you have your story in line and ready to go. In this case here with AcuraCl1, he called a few times at the very least. They were reading back notes to me from 2 weeks ago even, not good at all. With KrisK91, I took over right from the start and closed the deal on the first call. There were no past notes, no nothing. These kind of calls have a higher success rate than if you called previously. I hope I can finish it for you, but it is an uphill battle.
