I have the Hero and my wife has the Moment. The moment is heavy and heavier then the TP 1. I am surprised about this.

The UI is lacking. What HTC did is a great thing.

I like the Voice Dialing in the Moment. It is more responsive and works like the TP did.

The camera options are nice. They did a few things on the UI that makes it a little simpler.

The Touch is a lot better then the Ball. it is like a added touch screen. It is easier to clean.

Camera is lacking as well as the video camera.

Screen is nice looking. Seems responsive. The zooming is lacking. You have to click on the screen.

keyboard is a strange setup. I cant use it. the keys work well but weird placement for the keys.
