Don't have a lot of time, but in answer to the HTC Home Customizer problem... this is what I assume to be an incompatibility issue with the HTC Home 2.x and the customizer. The B7 ROM has a new HTC Home version and that is proabably why it doesn't work. I'll look around to see if I might be able to do something about it though.
Also, search the forums, there might be something on here that someone has already mentioned.
