that skin on the right looks like an application skinned on vista or xp... not a phone app.
if you can first find the skin files.. then modify those skin files to work on a mobile phone..
maybe you or storyr would be able to create a real iphone weather skin.
hes got the know how on really making good weatherpanel skins.. maybe a donation to him would get him started??
