try this. remove battery for a few minutes, then after you put it back in, hold in the volume down and power button and tap the reset button and continue holding volume down and power button until you see the tri-color screen. then connect to computer and flash the shipped rom here http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownloa...at=2&dl_id=683
