htc vogue
I bought a used Vogue with a clean ESN, I put the new esn onto my Bell account, so the account is registered with the ESN... But on my phone I can't change the old owner's phone# to my own,
I tried ##778# to get to the epst settings, but the screen flashes shows epst setting screen for a second then goes back to the dialer screen....
please help!
