I did steps 1-12 well actualy 8-12 I got the MSL # another way. I took it to the metro store the guy turend on the phone(nothing else) pluged it in using my usb that came with the phone and the phone wasnt auto detected, I told him to select thouch pro and just go on he tried 2 diferent com ports and it didnt work...

I can dial *223 and *611 and I get metro intro.

Was he sopposed to put the phone in to ##3424# mode?
