I tend to agree, I LOATHE that store, employees are rude and I even filed a complaint with Sprint for how rude they were.
"Can you please move along? I have other customers to assist," is what one of the employees said to me.
Anywho, off my tangent, but thanks. I'll try that out soon, my Touch Pro is crapping out on me.
