I installed the ROM, all went well during the installation. Though this did take longer than ROMs in the past. Seemed like 20-25min to from start to finish.
The initial Boot is slow and the first 5mins of soft or hard reboot.
I tried launching an app after things seemed to show some speed back, it locked up on me.
I know this is an RC1, so I am expecting these kinds of things.
