MMS Verizon Fix

Tell me if that does it for Verizon folks. It keeps the current Arcsoft MMS that's provided in the EnergyROM, but just pre-configures the MMS server settings, thanks to whoever posted the settings above Tell me if a Soft Reset is required too, since it might be.
