Broken Links Removing them.....

SO i installed the update for Sprint TV and now I have to links on my Program List and I cant firgure out how to delete one of them.

Then I also installed Rescoe File Explorer. Then uninstalled it. But the links for it Rescoe Filer explorer. Update. System Info are all still in my program list. And I cant figure out how to remove them.


Also I saw the thread about Windows Live problems when you update the program the Link being Dead on your home screen. Well I am having this problem. I was able to fix this problem once, but then my phone bricked from an unrelated problem. and I re downloaded the windows live update. and this time i cant get the link on my home screen to work.....
