this is why i posted a couple pages back that every situation is different. how many tps have you had? what state are you in? how long have you been with sprint? the rep might be mis-informed, etc. some of this plays a factor. when i called *2, advanced tech support tried to get the tp working and could not. i was then told to go to a repair center. the repair center ordered the tp2 even though i was excepting another tp to come. from some of the posts i've read, some people haven't had a tp long and maybe that's the problem. a year ago today, i ordered mine thru telesales.
