What you want sounds simple but is time consuming to create. Check out Tsowens thread "WM 6.5 Custom Taskbar" there you will find several custom taskbars made by the best guys taskbar gurus around. Tsowen, Gadgetfreak, Brock, and a few others have several styles to choose from. Or if you have the time and some patience you can read up in Tsowens thread on how to start modding .dll's to customize a tb to your liking. XDA is also packed with custom tb s and great info on taskbar modding. Keep in mind that most custom taskbars don't work 100% with the new 6.5.1 MS builds.(Bilbobrians black & white taskbar however is compatible and has linked and posted in this thread a couple times) Sorry I can't provide a quick fix bro.
