I've filed the paypal claim a while back, and now I'm awaiting the results. Do you think I will win the case for sure since the seller did not insure the package with signature confirmation for the TP2 which costed me 430 dollars? Will I win for sure? Should I call my credit card company and get my money back then cancel the claim? What should I do? I'm not sure if getting my money back is guaranteed in this situation.
