Have you tried the arcsoft Alltel MMS cabs to fix the MMS issue? I use version 5.0.69.44, and it has worked with any generic carrier ROM I've used. If it's carrier-specific, such as a Sprint ROM, I haven't had as much luck, but that's usually cuz data's messed up in the first place.
