Re: ||23502 COM5||Manila 2.1||

Ok, some more info on Opera not working. When I go to open it in Manila, just doesn't go. When I go to the start menu and choose it, an error code pops up saying "The file 'OperaL' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file." I'd say grab a new copy for your kitchen, and it should be fine.

There is the CDMA/GSM network selection option still there for texting, but if you go to All Messages > Menu > Settings > Options, the option to permanently choose your network is the first option. Works from all messages, but if you are in the Contacts Messaging (either by going through the contacts tab or clicking on the message on the screen on the Messages tab), it will attempt to send in GSM mode. I tried to find the option or registry entry for it, but no luck.

Oh, don't know if anyone else had this problem, but Google Maps was acting up hardcore. The first time I opened it, worked fine for 3 min, then froze to the point i had to soft reset. Second time, crashed and the phone soft reset on its own about 3-5 seconds after the GPS got a lock. Turned off the GPS, and it worked fine. I'm sure if I turned GPS back on, it would make my phone reboot again (lemme try...hmm, seemed to work fine, go figure).

Anyways, excellent ROM, they keep getting better and better!
